US Systems Engineer (Shared Services)

About the role

The Systems Engineer will design, manage, monitor and support a wide range of technology disciplines across multiple data networks and data centers. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of server, storage, cloud and collaboration platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, install, administer and support data‑center systems, equipment and applications (Windows, SQL, IIS, Exchange, VMware, AS/400, Linux).
• Develop and run PowerShell scripts for automation and testing.
• Rack and install HP and Dell server hardware.
• Administer O365 and Google Workspace suites.
• Monitor system backups, SAN/NAS health, AV alerts and environmental appliances.
• Support cloud infrastructures on Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Provide technical consultation to users, help‑desk and other technical teams.
• Troubleshoot network failures and integrate data security measures.
• Research and execute special projects, maintain technical documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in systems engineering or advanced systems administration.
• Strong understanding of information‑security and systems‑auditing concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft networking products, SAN/NAS, anti‑virus/EDR solutions, and standard office equipment.
