US Payroll Specialist

About the role
We are seeking a US Payroll Specialist to support end‑to‑end US payroll administration for our organization. The role focuses on delivering accurate payroll, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Support the full payroll cycle for US employees, including data collection, validation, calculation of wages, and final payment processing.
- Deliver accurate payroll processing on scheduled pay dates, ensuring that all earnings, deductions, and taxes are correctly applied.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve payroll issues and discrepancies, providing timely communication to affected employees.
- Maintain compliance with US payroll laws, tax regulations, and internal policies, and prepare required reports.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in US payroll administration or a closely related function, with a solid understanding of payroll processes.
- Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage and resolve payroll issues efficiently.
