UI/UX Designer (Remote, Philippines)

About the role

PSC Software, a division of PSC Biotech, is seeking a UI/UX Designer to shape the user experience of its cloud‑based quality management and regulatory compliance solutions. This remote position works within the U.S. Pacific Standard Time zone and collaborates with product managers, developers, and end‑users to create intuitive web and mobile applications.

Key responsibilities

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Design clear UX flows and use‑case scenarios for web and mobile platforms.
• Create user stories that communicate business needs to developers.
• Present designs to end‑users, collect feedback, and iterate on solutions.
• Produce graphical assets for print, web, mobile, and email media.
• Participate in development meetings to align product vision and design implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer‑related design, graphic arts, visual arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience designing web applications.
• Strong understanding of UI and UX best practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (advanced vector and compositing functions).
• Hands‑on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
