UI/UX Designer

About the role

The UI/UX Designer will collaborate with internal stakeholders, product managers, developers, and end‑users to translate requirements into intuitive web and mobile experiences. This is a remote position based in the Philippines, operating within the U.S. Pacific Standard timezone (UTC‑8).

Key responsibilities

• Work with product managers and end‑users to define product functionality and translate specs into wireframe prototypes.
• Design clear conceptual work that demonstrates UX flow and use‑case scenarios.
• Create user stories to ensure developers understand the business case and build optimal features.
• Present features to end users, collect feedback, and make adjustments as necessary.
• Design graphical solutions for various media types (print, web, mobile, email, etc.).
• Participate in development meetings to drive product vision.
• Perform other design‑related duties as required and assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer‑related field such as computer design, graphic arts, visual arts, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 + years of experience in web application design.
• Outstanding portfolio showcasing innovative, creative yet functional designs.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while delivering high‑quality creative solutions.
• Highly organized, able to work autonomously and reprioritize quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail and proven ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
• Strong initiative, flexibility, and ability to communicate technical components effectively.
• Willingness to travel and work within the U.S. PST timezone.
