About the role
We are looking for a Turnover Specialist to join our real‑estate team in Gapan, Nueva Ecija. The role focuses on managing the handover process of properties, ensuring a smooth transition for clients and maintaining high quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate property turnover activities and handover documentation.
- Conduct punch listing and oversee quality control inspections.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of turnover processes and resolve any issues promptly.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Preferably experience as a Turnover or Handover Assistant in a real‑estate company.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
