Tunneling Lead

About the role

We are searching for a Tunneling Lead to join our growing team in Manila. The successful candidate will act as the client representative and support project management to ensure timely delivery of a major tunnelling project.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of small to large tunnelling projects using best‑practice project management methodologies.
• Manage budgets, commercial controls and financial performance, ensuring robust governance and reporting.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to achieve programme, cost and quality outcomes.
• Identify, mitigate and manage project risks, providing early warning and issue resolution.
• Support bids, fee proposals and account growth through strong commercial insight.
• Ensure safe, compliant construction delivery under recognised professional and safety credentials.

Required profile

• Chartered membership with RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent professional standing.
• Extensive experience delivering complex property or infrastructure projects through construction and completion.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen supporting robust governance, fee management and compliant decision‑making.
• Proven leadership of large, diverse teams and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Sound technical knowledge of health, safety, sustainability and carbon considerations impacting project outcomes.
• Consulting and construction background, embodying Mace values, continuous improvement and collaborative behaviours.
