Treasury Supervisor

About the role

The Treasury Supervisor will be based in Taguig and will lead the day‑to‑day treasury operations for a fast‑growing courier and logistics company. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to the Treasury Manager and focuses on cash flow oversight, financial transaction management, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily cash flows, ensuring optimal liquidity for operational needs.
• Oversee treasury transactions, including payments, collections, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports and statements to support strategic decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes and recommend system enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in treasury management and cash‑handling operations.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret financial statements and data.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective collaboration and teamwork capabilities.
• CPA or CFA certification is a plus; Mandarin speaking is an advantage but not required.
