Travel Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Travel Sales Associate to help grow our corporate client portfolio. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships, and promote a full range of travel solutions, from airline ticketing to corporate travel management.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals and social media.
• Identify and target corporate, government, educational and institutional clients.
• Schedule and deliver presentations to decision‑makers, showcasing airline ticketing, hotel bookings, tour packages, visa assistance, transportation and MICE services.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and service agreements, and close sales.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships and meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Attend networking events, business expos and client meetings.
• Submit weekly sales and pipeline reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate sales or travel sales (fresh graduates with strong sales potential are welcome).
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and willing to travel for client meetings.
