About the role

We are looking for a Travel & Healthcare Associate to support clients in planning and booking travel while addressing their healthcare-related needs. The role combines travel coordination with assistance on insurance coverage and health services, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Provide information on insurance coverage, health services, and related policies.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to arrange patient travel and medical appointments.
• Ensure compliance with travel regulations and healthcare policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.
• Manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in travel or healthcare support.
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities.
