Travel Expert – GDS (Sabre/Amadeus)

About the role

The Travel Expert (GDS) will work on‑site in Alabang, Muntinlupa, providing end‑to‑end travel booking services for customers. Using Sabre or Amadeus, you will arrange flights, hotels and other travel components while delivering high‑quality customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Process travel reservations and itineraries through Sabre or Amadeus GDS platforms.
• Handle flight, hotel, and ancillary bookings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client policies.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide clear communication throughout the travel lifecycle.
• Manage multiple bookings simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Utilize computer systems and online booking tools efficiently, with a focus on typing accuracy and speed.

Required profile

• Experience in travel, airline or tourism environments, preferably in a contact‑center or agency setting.
• Ability to work on‑site with flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High School graduate (old or new curriculum) or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to handle high‑volume reservations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Sabre GDS.
• Proficiency with Amadeus GDS.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
