About the role

We are looking for a Travel Experience Planner to join our Taguig office and create memorable travel experiences for our clients. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling bookings, and ensuring itineraries meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly and empathetically.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Travbest Travel & Tours Co. offerings to recommend suitable travel solutions.
• Facilitate travel bookings, itinerary changes, and special requests in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Address customer feedback and uphold high standards of hospitality.
• Design and organize unique travel experiences tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
• Provide support before and during travel, handling any arising issues.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma in tourism, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Flexibility to work with diverse cultures and languages.
• Attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
