About the role

We are looking for a Travel Experience Planner to join our Taguig office and create memorable journeys for our clients. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring every travel request is handled with professionalism and a personal touch.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly and empathetically.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of Travbest Travel & Tours Co. offerings to recommend suitable travel solutions.
• Facilitate bookings, itinerary changes, and special requests while adhering to company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Address customer feedback and uphold high standards of hospitality.
• Design and organize unique travel experiences that meet client expectations.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to secure services.
• Offer support before and during travel to ensure smooth journeys.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Flexibility to work with diverse cultures and languages.
• Strong affinity for travel and creating memorable experiences.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
