Travel Counsellor

About the role

DB Tourism is seeking a full‑time Travel Counsellor to join its on‑site team in Parañaque. You will help clients design and book memorable leisure trips, primarily to European destinations, while ensuring a smooth and professional service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide travel advice and create customized itineraries covering flights, hotels, tours and transfers.
• Prepare accurate quotations, confirm reservations and manage all related documentation.
• Respond to client inquiries via face‑to‑face, phone and email, and resolve any changes or issues promptly.
• Coordinate with suppliers and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of destinations, promotions and travel regulations.
• Contribute to client satisfaction and repeat business through attentive service.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with clear, professional communication.
• Experience in travel planning, itinerary creation and reservation handling.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work on‑site in Parañaque, collaborate with a team and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant education in Tourism, Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of travel booking systems or GDS platforms.
• Proficiency with basic office software.
