About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our travel account. In this entry‑level position you will assist customers with a range of travel‑related inquiries, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
  • Assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, changes, and cancellations.
  • Provide accurate information on fares, schedules, travel policies, and promotions.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Document interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
  • Meet quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics.

Required profile

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with little to no experience.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Customer‑focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
