About the role
We are looking for a proactive Travel Associate to join our team and support clients in creating seamless travel experiences. The role involves managing itineraries, providing destination insights, and ensuring compliance with travel regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning travel itineraries and making bookings.
- Provide up‑to‑date information on travel destinations and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and regularly update internal travel databases to improve efficiency.
- Handle client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems related to travel arrangements.
- Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and other vendors to secure the best rates and services.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel Management, Hospitality or a related field.
- Minimum 13 years of experience in a travel‑focused role.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
