About the role
We are looking for a proactive Travel Associate to help our clients plan and book their travel experiences. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring every itinerary is smooth, accurate and tailored to client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients in selecting and booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Provide prompt, courteous customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of destinations, travel trends and supplier offerings.
- Prepare and verify travel documents, ensuring all paperwork is complete before departure.
- Collaborate with airlines, hotels and other suppliers to secure competitive rates and packages.
Required profile
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1‑3 years of experience in the travel industry or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Detail‑oriented, customer‑focused and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
