About the role
We are looking for a Travel Associate to help our clients plan and book memorable travel experiences. The role involves providing expert advice, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning and booking flights, hotels, and activities.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, itineraries, and travel regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to travel plans.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Stay updated on travel trends, popular destinations, and new industry offerings.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Travel Management preferred.
- 5‑8 years of relevant experience in the travel industry.
- Customer‑focused with a passion for travel and exploration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
