Travel and Expense CVO Spanish Bilingual Analyst

About the role

The Travel & Expense CVO Spanish Bilingual Analyst supports GM employees across Mexico and South America by managing CVO tickets, processing toll and violation invoices, and auditing employee expense reports. This hybrid night‑shift position (9 pm – 6 am) combines operational accuracy with compliance oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve CVO tickets within SLA timelines, providing phone, email, and chat support.
• Process end‑to‑end toll and violation invoices for company‑owned vehicles, ensuring accurate review, documentation, and routing.
• Prevent late fees and maintain compliance across the CVO function.
• Audit employee expense reports for accuracy, proper documentation, and adherence to GM’s Global Travel & Expense Policy and local regulations.
• Escalate complex cases to senior analysts or supervisors as needed.
• Maintain detailed case documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of audit processes.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work night‑shift hours (9 pm – 6 am) in a hybrid setting.
• Experience reviewing and auditing travel and expense data.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established guidelines.
