Travel Agent – Air Department Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Travel Agent to join our Air Department. The successful candidate will handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, and provide high‑quality support to clients through email, phone, and Zoom.

Key responsibilities

• Book and manage flight reservations using the Amadeus GDS.
• Issue, re‑issue, and process refunds for airline tickets accurately.
• Provide fare quotes and resolve booking issues efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and Zoom.
• Coordinate with airlines and vendors for schedule changes and special requests.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with travel policies.
• Deliver personalized travel solutions and outstanding customer service.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in air travel booking, preferably with Amadeus GDS.
• Strong understanding of fare construction, ticketing procedures, and airline policies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
