Travel Advisor II

About the role

The Travel Advisor II supports talent such as artists, athletes and public figures by managing all aspects of their travel logistics. This position ensures seamless coordination of hotels, flights and ground transportation while adhering to company policies and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange hotel, flight and ground transportation bookings for talent.
• Maintain communication with approved suppliers (airlines, hotels, car rental companies) and handle special requests.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and flexibility with selected hotels.
• Ensure all bookings comply with company policies, budgets and travel guidelines.
• Process modifications and cancellations as needed.
• Accurately input traveler details, trip data and payment information into the system.
• Send trip reminders and provide support during emergencies such as flight delays.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve travel‑related issues quickly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Basic understanding of ticketing systems and reservation requests.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple travel requests simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Exceptional time‑management and attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools for workflow support.
