Transport Process Lead

About the role

The Transport Process Lead will oversee and optimise end‑to‑end transportation operations, ensuring timely, cost‑effective, and compliant delivery of goods. This position works cross‑functionally to drive continuous improvement and enhance efficiencies in transport planning, execution, and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and refine transportation workflows to boost efficiency and productivity.
• Identify and integrate digitalisation opportunities within transport processes.
• Review and recommend the optimal mix of company‑owned and outsourced trucks to manage cost budgets.
• Develop and implement alternative transport models that align with the Route‑to‑Market strategy while minimising labour risk.
• Implement programs that ensure logistics units have sufficient delivery capacity, including resource planning and peak‑season incentives.
• Coach and support regional teams and operatives on transport‑related projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial or Management Engineering preferred).
• 1‑2 years of supply‑chain process improvement experience; internship experience acceptable for fresh graduates.
• Familiarity with SAP, PowerBI, and PowerApps.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience leading a team or program with strong stakeholder management.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
