Transport Planning Supervisor – Marilao

About the role

Rebisco is seeking a Transport Planning Supervisor to lead transport coordination and delivery compliance for its Marilao, Bulacan operations. The role focuses on integrating transport processes with SAP and ensuring timely, customer‑centric scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate dock appointment scheduling and truck dispatch to meet delivery targets.
• Manage proof of delivery, monitor rejections, and ensure compliance with delivery standards.
• Align transport plans with production transitions and customer requirements.
• Generate performance reports and support system integration initiatives.
• Lead a team of transport staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.

Required profile

• Graduate of any business‑related course.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience, preferably in warehouse or distribution within FMCG.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Marilao, Bulacan.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Experience with dock appointment scheduling, truck coordination, delivery compliance, proof of delivery management, rejection monitoring, transition alignment, customer‑centric scheduling, system integration, and performance reporting.
