Transport Invoicing Specialist – Remote Contract

About the role
We are looking for a Transport Invoicing Specialist to join the finance and operations team of a leading Australian refrigerated transport and logistics provider. This is a remote, contract‑based position that supports Australian business hours (AEST) and ensures accurate billing of completed transport jobs.
Key responsibilities
- Review daily job manifests and confirm deliveries in the Transport Management System (TMS).
- Validate Bills of Lading, Proof of Delivery and consignment notes before creating invoices.
- Apply freight, fuel levies and accessorial charges according to customer rate cards and contracts.
- Match delivery dockets and driver sheets with system records to guarantee billing accuracy.
- Scan, organize and retain supporting documentation for audit and compliance.
- Identify discrepancies, prepare adjustment or credit notes, and coordinate resolutions with operations and customer service.
- Maintain and update customer rate cards and billing instructions in the invoicing system.
- Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance invoicing accuracy and efficiency.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience supporting Australian transport, logistics, freight or supply‑chain operations.
- Proven experience in transport or freight invoicing and document validation.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Willingness to work during AEST business hours.

- PHP 35,000 – PHP 45,000 per month (contract rate).
