Transport Coordinator

About the role
The Transport Coordinator ensures that all outgoing shipments are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with documentation standards. This role supports FAST Logistics Group’s commitment to reliable and efficient delivery across the Philippines.
Key responsibilities
- Verify outgoing shipments against prescribed lead times and required documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to confirm shipment readiness.
- Maintain accurate records of shipment details and any discrepancies.
- Assist in troubleshooting shipment issues and escalating when necessary.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics workflow.
Required profile
- Graduate of any four‑year degree program.
- At least 6 months of relevant logistics or transport experience.
- Valid driver’s license and ownership of a motorcycle.
