Training Supervisor – Onboarding & Development

About the role
The Training Supervisor will lead onboarding and refresher training programs for new and existing staff in a call‑center environment. The role ensures learning experiences are engaging, effective and adapted to diverse learning styles while supporting the overall development of the workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver onboarding and refresher training sessions, tailoring content to various learning preferences.
- Supervise a team of trainers or training specialists, providing guidance, performance feedback and coaching.
- Collaborate with team leaders and department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate curricula.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback and performance metrics, identifying skill gaps and recommending targeted interventions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Training Lead or Supervisor in the call‑center industry.
- Strong communication, planning, leadership, coordination and coaching abilities.
- Experience in curriculum development projects is preferred.
