Training Supervisor – Davao

About the role

The Training Supervisor will lead a team of trainers and ensure high‑quality learning experiences for Concentrix consultants in Davao. This role focuses on developing training programs, monitoring trainer performance, and fostering continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a department of well‑trained professionals who continuously improve the organization and themselves.
• Drive initiatives to enhance training quality by evaluating and improving internal processes.
• Observe and analyze trainer performance for consistency and accuracy.
• Conduct Train‑the‑Trainer sessions and quarterly one‑on‑one meetings with trainers.
• Coordinate with Quality Supervisors and Operations to address consistency issues.
• Create and maintain the consultant training schedule.
• Provide written and verbal feedback on trainer performance based on observations and internal/client sources.
• Conduct on‑site audits of trainers during live situations.
• Maintain and develop training workbooks and other training tools.
• Carry out supervisory duties including interviewing, hiring, training, assigning work, performance appraisal, and addressing complaints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a four‑year college or university.
• Two to four years of relevant experience as a Trainer or Training and Quality Supervisor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team, multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Self‑starter with a sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in healthcare program handling.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and onsite in Davao.
