Training Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Training Specialist to design, deliver and evaluate technical learning programs that support our business objectives and future capability needs. The role works closely with HR, business leaders and external partners to ensure learning excellence across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Align learning programs with business goals and future capability requirements.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across multiple business units.
• Design, implement and track training effectiveness, ROI and KPI measurements.
• Lead technical learning and development projects, including technology‑driven initiatives.
• Explore and implement innovative learning solutions, such as AI‑powered tools.
• Partner with HR, business leaders and external stakeholders to drive learning excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Proven experience designing and delivering technical training programs.
• Demonstrated success leading Learning & Development initiatives and projects.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, project management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital learning tools.
• Experience using AI applications for training.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Familiarity with e‑learning platforms.
