Training Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Training Specialist to join Cloudstaff’s office in Angeles, Philippines. The role focuses on delivering new‑hire induction, supporting AML and real‑estate related learning, and maintaining training materials. The specialist will work onsite, collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth onboarding and continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate or support new‑hire induction sessions according to the approved agenda.
• Prepare training materials, attendance records, participant lists, schedules, and related documentation.
• Explain onboarding expectations, required activities, tools, and training completion requirements.
• Monitor attendance, participation, completion status, and address learner concerns.
• Support AML capability discussions, explaining basic AML concepts and due‑diligence processes.
• Provide basic background training on the real‑estate industry, common terms, and workflows.
• Assist in creating and updating training handouts, guides, job aids, and knowledge checks.
• Prepare training reports, attendance updates, completion trackers, and daily summaries.
• Maintain organized training files, records, and supporting documents.
