About the role
The Training Manager will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs for consultants, trainers, and supervisors at SM Fairview. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on building a high‑performing workforce through effective learning initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and develop comprehensive training curricula aligned with business objectives.
- Organise and facilitate classroom and on‑the‑job training sessions.
- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to create relevant learning materials.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, adjusting programs as needed.
- Maintain accurate training records and reporting for compliance.
Required profile
- Proven experience in training and development or related HR functions.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with consultants, trainers, and supervisors.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Fairview, Metro Manila.
