Training Manager – BPO (QC Site)

About the role
The Training Manager will lead the planning, development, and management of training initiatives for consultants, trainers, and supervisors at our QC site. This on‑site position reports to the HR department and focuses on building a high‑performing workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement training programs for consultants, trainers, and supervisors.
- Develop training materials, schedules, and evaluation tools.
- Monitor training effectiveness and adjust curricula as needed.
- Collaborate with HR and operational teams to align training with business goals.
- Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.
Required profile
- Proven experience in planning, developing, and managing training activities for BPO staff.
- Strong understanding of consultant, trainer, and supervisor development needs.
- Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
