Training Delivery Specialist – Finance

About the role

Amazon’s Finance Operations team in Manila is looking for a Training Delivery Specialist to elevate the quality and performance of its finance workforce. You will combine auditing expertise with instructional design to ensure teams meet and exceed quality targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality audits and dive‑deep sessions to uncover performance gaps.
• Design, deliver, and continuously improve process‑training programs using role‑play, simulations, group exercises, and video content.
• Support new‑hire certification and transition‑to‑production activities through hands‑on coaching and monitoring.
• Partner with team leads and management to develop Path‑to‑Green (PTG) strategies and action plans.
• Track training feedback, recommend module updates, and create new learning materials as needed.
• Provide agile operational support during peak periods, including direct case/account processing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a training and quality role within finance operations.
• 2 + years experience in communication programming or project work.
• Proven track record in finance quality assurance, process auditing, and AR/AP operations.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
