Training Delivery Specialist – Customer Support

About the role

The Training Delivery Specialist will design, deliver and continuously improve learning programs for Google Operations Center agents. You will work closely with product experts and operational teams to ensure new hires and existing staff acquire the technical and soft‑skill competencies needed to provide high‑quality customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver product and process training to new joiners and conduct refresher sessions for the production floor.
• Perform training needs analysis, identify knowledge gaps and create targeted interventions, practical exercises and assessments.
• Develop AI‑powered training materials, presentations and knowledge assessments to enhance learning efficiency.
• Generate and share reports that measure training effectiveness and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with Google stakeholders, GOC Ops and cross‑functional teams to launch domain‑specific learning programs.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience supporting advertising products such as AdWords and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of online advertising models (search, display, shopping, mobile, video).
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams, meet deadlines and maintain high‑quality standards.
