Trainer – Travel Account (BPO)

About the role

We’re hiring a Trainer for a Travel Account in a BPO environment, based in Pasig City, Philippines. The role focuses on developing people, inspiring growth, and shaping high‑performing teams through effective learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training programs and workshops for travel account teams.
• Facilitate onboarding and product training for new hires.
• Equip agents with knowledge on travel systems, processes, and customer service best practices.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend effective training solutions.
• Monitor training effectiveness and support continuous performance improvement.
• Collaborate with operations leaders to enhance team capability and performance.

Required profile

• Experience as a Trainer in a Travel Account within a BPO environment (required).
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage diverse teams.
• Experience creating training materials, learning modules, and coaching plans.
• Strong understanding of customer experience in travel services.
• A passion for empowering people to succeed.
