Trainer / Training Facilitator (On-site, Mandaue City)

About the role

As a Trainer you will facilitate practical, hands‑on sessions that introduce learners from diverse backgrounds to AI‑powered tools, showing how these technologies boost productivity, communication and efficiency. You will also ensure responsible use of AI in line with data‑privacy and ethical standards, helping individuals thrive in a digitally transformed workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging, practical training sessions on assigned AI‑related courses.
• Guide learners through AI tools via activities and demonstrations.
• Promote responsible and ethical AI usage in professional contexts.
• Assist in updating and enhancing existing training materials.
• Collaborate with the training team to align content with organizational policies and regulations.
• Monitor learner progress, provide coaching, and maintain accurate attendance records.
• Develop practice questions, exercises and activities that support learning objectives.
• Stay current on emerging workplace AI trends and digital productivity tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching, mentoring, coaching or conducting training sessions.
• Familiarity with productivity suites such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot).
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical learners.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills in English and Filipino.
• Experience preparing reports, documenting learner progress and providing feedback.
• Willingness to sign and comply with company non‑disclosure and curriculum usage agreements.
• Availability to teach on‑site at the Mandaue City campus.
