Trainer – Telco Account (Clark)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Trainer to lead onboarding and continuous learning for our Telco account in Clark. You will design, deliver, and refine training programs that equip new hires and existing staff with the skills needed to excel in a fast‑paced telecom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create, facilitate, and update training materials and documentation.
• Maintain accurate training reports and records.
• Communicate with clients and team members to understand needs and resolve issues.
• Lead multi‑week blended training, floor‑training, and BQM sessions for new hires.
• Supervise and coach learners during nesting, OJT, and evolution phases.
• Deliver product, behavioral, and tool‑change learning experiences.
• Provide feedback, monitor progression, and implement improvement solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education or Communication preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience as a Trainer.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work shifting or graveyard schedules.
• Willingness to work onsite in Clark.
