Trainer – SM City Sta. Rosa (Laguna)

About the role

Deliver training to existing and newly hired employees at SM City Sta. Rosa, preparing them for essential duties and creating a welcoming environment that enables maximum potential.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training and instruction that promotes knowledge transfer and skill application for both existing and new staff.
• Plan and prepare instructional methods and materials suited to the specific mode of learning.
• Assess learner performance using appropriate evaluation models and tools.
• Mentor and coach apprentice instructors, train newly assigned instructors, and coordinate training activities across operations, quality, and HR.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar training role within a BPO setting.
• Willingness to work onsite at SM City Sta. Rosa and on a graveyard/shifting schedule.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to analyze, interpret, and address training needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PC applications such as MS Office and Tableau.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, time‑critical environment and quickly adapt to changing business needs.
