Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Trainer to design, deliver and evaluate learning solutions for our BPO operations in Bacolod. The role combines project management, performance coaching and curriculum development to ensure high‑impact training for new hires and existing staff.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze training requests, prioritize them and manage end‑to‑end project delivery.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to develop and deliver training programs.
• Conduct train‑the‑trainer sessions for internal trainers.
• Plan and execute learning initiatives on time and within budget, including logistics and material preparation.
• Provide regular progress updates to leadership.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and post‑session assessments.
• Deliver face‑to‑face and remote workshops across a wide range of topics.
• Observe coaching sessions and give development feedback.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of training experience in a BPO environment.
• Hands‑on experience with full‑cycle training (new‑hire, communication, culture, product, upskilling, nesting).
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Bacolod.
