Trainer IV

About the role

Conduent is seeking a Trainer IV to deliver high‑impact learning experiences for employees and clients. In this role you will design, update, and facilitate training sessions that cover product features, technology tools, and essential soft‑skill competencies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and virtual training classes on products, client tools, and processes.
• Design, update, and sequence basic‑level training materials and courses based on internal or client needs.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to ensure content remains current and effective.
• Collect and analyze participant feedback, produce training reports, and recommend improvements.
• Lead “train‑the‑trainer” sessions and provide guidance to junior trainers.
• Assign tasks, mentor other trainers, and perform additional duties as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operational processes and training delivery.
• Ability to guide peers, work cross‑functionally, and propose process improvements.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Commitment to adhering to company policies and standards.
