Trainer II – With AI Fluency

About the role

The Trainer II will design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding and upskilling programs for Product Support teams. The role focuses on creating an outstanding learning experience that aligns with RealPage’s quality goals and the RealPage Promise.

Key responsibilities

• Create and facilitate new‑hire, cross‑training, refresher, and upskilling sessions for Product Support agents.
• Develop live‑session materials and self‑guided LMS courses to close knowledge gaps.
• Collaborate with Leadership, Global Operations, and cross‑functional teams to identify training needs.
• Organize training logistics, coordinate third‑party resources, and promote consolidation of training efforts.
• Provide real‑time coaching, de‑escalation guidance, and recommend refresher training when needed.
• Maintain and update product knowledge documentation and ensure training content reflects the latest releases.
• Participate in agent call quality monitoring and perform related administrative duties.

Required profile

• Experience delivering training or facilitation for product support or similar environments.
• Strong ability to build relationships with cross‑functional departments.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on product updates.
