Trainer II – Remote Client Training Specialist

About the role

The Trainer II will deliver engaging training experiences to RealPage’s OneSite clients. Working remotely, you will facilitate virtual and in‑person sessions, create high‑quality learning materials, and support customers through onboarding and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client‑facing training sessions, including webinars, live virtual classes, workshops and on‑site trainings.
• Develop and maintain reusable training assets such as scripts, facilitation guides, PowerPoint decks, FAQs, tutorials and other instructional resources.
• Participate in special projects and team initiatives, incorporating feedback from peers and managers.
• Monitor and strive to meet Customer Satisfaction Survey targets.
• Stay current on RealPage product updates and maintain relevant product certifications.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks and support evolving business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or at least one year of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and public‑speaking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to engage learners in virtual or classroom settings.
• Ability to work independently from a home office and adapt to flexible schedules across U.S. time zones.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience using SnagIt for screen capture.
• Comfort with Zoom for video conferencing.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet for project tracking.
