Trainer II – Corporate Learning Specialist

About the role

The Trainer II is responsible for delivering client‑focused training for new hires, product updates, and ongoing skill development at Concentrix. The role ensures agents are prepared to provide best‑in‑class service and supports smooth transition from training to production.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate classroom training using adult learning techniques, hands‑on demonstrations, and varied delivery modalities.
• Monitor student progress, provide coaching, and issue readiness recommendations.
• Maintain product knowledge by taking calls, attending client meetings, and conducting side‑by‑side observations.
• Measure training effectiveness through focus groups, interviews, and surveys, and recommend curriculum improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure agents meet competency standards before moving to production.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2‑4 years of relevant training experience.
• Proven ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑starter with a sense of urgency and professional demeanor.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
