Trainer – AdSales Account (Bridgetowne)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Trainer to lead the AdSales account training program at our Bridgetowne site. The role involves delivering classroom‑based instruction, monitoring learner progress, and ensuring agents are ready to transition to production.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate daily training sessions using presentations, hands‑on demos and interactive activities.
• Track trainee performance, provide coaching, and issue readiness recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations to move agents from training to the production environment while meeting competency standards.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge by attending client meetings and observing live calls.
• Support the Instructional Design team in creating training materials, job aids and e‑learning modules.
• Measure training effectiveness through surveys, focus groups and interviews, and suggest curriculum improvements.
• Monitor nesting period performance, manage team huddles and conduct root‑cause analysis on identified issues.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a BPO setting, preferably handling AdTech, digital marketing or technical support accounts.
• College graduate.
• Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with adult learning and accelerated learning techniques.
• Proficiency in creating and delivering classroom‑based training.
