Trade Representative – Modern Trade Sales

About the role

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a Trade Representative to manage and grow relationships with modern trade customers in the CAMANAVA area. This full‑time position focuses on executing sales strategies, driving revenue, and supporting the company’s mission to make healthcare more accessible.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with modern trade customers to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement tailored sales and account‑management strategies for each customer.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to uncover new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment and high‑quality customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Contribute to the creation and improvement of sales policies, procedures, and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in account management or sales.
• Strong understanding of trade customer dynamics and effective selling strategies.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Adaptable to a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
