TPRP Representative – Tarlac

About the role

The TPRP Representative will oversee LPG refilling operations at a Third‑Party Refilling Plant on behalf of SeaOil Philippines Inc. This position ensures accurate documentation, smooth supply coordination, and strict compliance with contracts and safety standards, contributing to reliable fuel delivery for Filipino communities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with bulk supply points to request and manage LPG replenishments.
• Interact with suppliers for terminal issuance of ATL and related documents.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent product run‑out at TPRPs.
• Update and maintain dispatch and inventory reports for bulk transactions.
• Communicate sales and remaining inventory status to the LPG team via chat or SMS.
• Verify proper sealing, filling, and weight of LPG cylinders and bulk trucks.
• Prepare and process documentation for loaded trucks, filled cylinders, and truck releases.
• Collaborate with accounting for timely invoicing based on daily sales.
• Work with LPG Operations and Metal Management on seals, consumables, cylinder repairs, swaps, and re‑qualification.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in manufacturing, retail, or oil/gas sectors.
• Strong attention to detail, data analysis and inventory management abilities.
• Experience with contract and risk management, and negotiation.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a manual‑transmission vehicle.
• Willingness to perform field work as needed.
