TPRP Representative (LPG Refilling Operations)

About the role

The TPRP Representative will oversee LPG refilling operations at a Third‑Party Refilling Plant on behalf of SeaOil Philippines Inc. This role ensures accurate documentation, inventory control, and compliance with contracts while acting as the key liaison between SPI, its refilling partners, and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate bulk LPG supply replenishments with supply points and suppliers.
• Prevent product run‑out by monitoring inventory and proactively managing stock.
• Update and maintain dispatch and inventory reports for bulk transactions.
• Verify proper sealing, filling, and weight of LPG cylinders and bulk trucks.
• Prepare and process documentation for loaded trucks, cylinder releases, and proof of fill.
• Collaborate with accounting for timely invoicing based on daily sales.
• Work with LPG Operations and Metal Management on seals, consumables, repairs, swaps, and re‑qualification.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in manufacturing, retail, or oil/gas industry.
• Strong attention to detail with good negotiation abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a manual‑transmission vehicle.
• Willingness to perform field work as needed.
