TikTok Influencer Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a creative and organized TikTok Influencer Marketing Assistant to support our influencer campaigns and social media initiatives. You will work remotely with the TalentPop team, helping brands shine on TikTok by managing creator relationships and tracking performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor TikTok trends and propose brand‑aligned content ideas.
• Assist in maintaining the TikTok content calendar and coordinating with creators and internal teams.
• Research, shortlist, and evaluate potential influencers for collaborations.
• Manage outreach via DMs or email, keeping detailed communication logs.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and expectations with influencers.
• Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
• Optionally respond to TikTok DMs and comments using the client’s brand voice.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in influencer marketing, outreach, or customer support.
• Strong familiarity with TikTok and its creator culture.
• Excellent written English and professional messaging etiquette.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage schedules, content, and influencer pipelines.
• Self‑starter with strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
• CRM or influencer‑management platforms.
