Ticketing & Tariff Associate Analyst

About the role

The Ticketing & Tariff Associate Analyst acts as a subject‑matter expert for front‑ and back‑office airline processes. The role focuses on identifying system and process improvements, driving cost efficiencies, and ensuring the correct airline contracts are applied.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse daily financial loss reports to pinpoint root causes and propose resolutions.
• Monitor robotic quality and ticketing workflows to maximise system productivity.
• Provide feedback to the Director of Airline Partnerships on contract requirements.
• Oversee dispute resolution and payment of airline debit memos.
• Participate in special projects related to data correction and financial recovery.
• Perform quality control on upcoming travel to prevent customer impact from ticketing exceptions.
• Train and support back‑office teams on processes and systems.

Required profile

• Degree or certification in an airline‑related field (preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in airline ticketing, tariffs, or travel industry operations.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive initiative and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Expertise in GDS systems, preferably Sabre.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
