Test Technician

About the role

The Test Technician supports all test‑related activities for power‑supply products, ensuring consistent quality, reliability, and compliance with standards. Reporting to the Test Engineer, the role works on the production line to keep test setups running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and sustain all test setups for optimal performance.
• Respond promptly to test‑setup downtime on the production line.
• Perform daily and periodic preventive maintenance on test equipment and fixtures.
• Fabricate, wire, and assemble additional test fixtures as required.
• Execute test‑setup conversions for different product models.
• Verify No Fault Found (NFF) feedback from troubleshooting stations.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and test standardization procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Technology in Electronics or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on experience operating and troubleshooting test machines.
• Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams.

Required skills

• Operation of test equipment and test machines.
• Use of test programming software and interpretation of test programs.
• Fixture wiring and debugging.
• Basic electronic assembly.
