Telesales Specialist

About the role

Contact potential customers by phone, introduce the company's cash loan and installment products, and guide them through registration, document submission, and application steps. The core objective is to increase application conversion and submission volume.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers by phone and present cash loan and installment products.
• Drive customers to complete registration, document submission, and application steps.
• Improve application conversion rates and overall submission volume.
• Handle a high volume of outbound calls while meeting strict performance targets and KPIs.
• Proactively engage customers to ensure application completion.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, outbound sales, or call‑center sales.
• Experience selling financial products (loans, insurance, credit cards) is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities to engage customers.
• Results‑driven mindset with a positive attitude toward target‑based performance.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided for qualified candidates.
• Senior high school graduate or higher; able to communicate effectively in English over the phone.
• Basic computer proficiency, including use of spreadsheets and system notes.
• Willingness to work onsite in a performance‑oriented environment.
