Telemedicine Nurse – Remote Medical Assistance

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and detail‑oriented Assistance Nurse to provide high‑quality medical support to travelers through telemedicine. In this remote role you will assess medical cases, give clinical advice, and coordinate care with doctors, operations teams, and global assistance centers to ensure safe, timely, and cost‑effective outcomes for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage medical assistance cases, including assessment, documentation, and ongoing coordination.
• Provide clinical advice to patients, employers, and other stakeholders.
• Liaise with treating physicians and global assistance centers to evaluate care and transport needs.
• Coordinate medical evacuations and repatriations when necessary.
• Support medical referrals and ensure patients access appropriate care.
• Maintain accurate, confidential case documentation and ensure smooth shift handovers.

Required profile

• Philippine Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 3 years of solid clinical experience in acute care, ICU, or emergency medicine.
